Yes, you can only borrow books from Booktio after registering for an account on the Booktio website. Please also ensure the address listed on your account is your correct address to ensure delivery to the correct destination.
You can pay the deposit by 2 ways: (1) Give the deposit to the shipper when the books are delivered to you (2) Bank transfer the deposit to Booktio by scanning the QR code and sending the correct amount to Booktio on the checkout page
You can return the books by delivering it to this address:

You will receive your deposit back after the books borrowed are successfully returned back to Booktio and none are damaged/lost. In the case of damaged/lost books, please contact Booktio for further guidance. We will call the phone number listed on your account after receiving the books and ask for your bank number so we can bank transfer the money back into your account.
